46.Videoconferencing. The court may authorize the examination of a witness by videoconferencing or by any other means of communication if, having regard to the guiding principles of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01), the means proposed appears to the court to be reliable and proportional to the circumstances of the case, taking into account the technological facilities available.
